Protect home care service company is a pioneer in the in-home senior care industry. Our trained caregivers provide quality in-home care for seniors and disabled adults who need some assistance to maintain their independence.
Protect home care was founded by Mr. Raju Dayalan (chief executive officer) for many years, he worked in healthcare as a hospital administrator. While in the hospital environment many of the patients especially seniors leave the facility and return home, but not necessarily return to health. Once home, a lot of patients were unable to care for themselves.
First, we talked to dozens of families to understand the different kinds of challenges they faced and what kind of care would help. Our extensive research and understanding the changing concept in home health care industry, it made protect home care service to become the best quality service provider.
We knew that with a little help, most of these people could lead healthy, happy lives in their own homes.

We have a solid base of dedicated and committed home care staff’s, who come from a variety of backgrounds
and have an age range of between 25 and 58 years.We have both male and female care workers, skilled and semi-skilled respectively.We aim to provide 12 and 24 hour home care service by our registered care workers.All our care taker staffs are minimum qualified and trained by our professional trainees.Before selection we undertake a through screening of all our staffs, we generally prefer sponsored candidate’s
with proper references.We carry out background and police verification of all our selected candidates.Protect home care has a dedicated training team, comprising medical practitioner, registered nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist and provide 02 and 03 day training programs as refresher courses in home health care to all levels of nursing staff and to the selected candidate.
To ensure that we provide the highest level of quality care workers and service, we have an ongoing training policy that ensures our care workers and nursing staff are trained and up to date on the latest health and safety requirements.
